Orana Park

Summer was coming to a close and we still had several vouchers we needed to use before they expired (it's funny that it's more natural for me to say words like "voucher" instead of "coupon" and "car park" instead of "parking lot", and the list could go on and on).  So we planned several field trips and ended summer with a bang. First up was Orana Park Zoo. I mean, you really can't go wrong with baby farm animals, hand feeding giraffes and watching lions climb all over a cage filled with people during feeding time. Ya know, just your typical zoo day.

And I really love that the people are in the cage instead of the lions ;) Thats awesome

International zoos seem way cooler. The US has so many safety precautions stuff (for better or worse). Looks like an awesome experience! Great pictures, as always! And I love all the kiwi terms you've got ingrained in your brain!
