Day 1: Little Havana, Miami
Two getaways in the same month, could I be so lucky?? I've been so excited for this cruise and it was all I had anticipated and more. We went with 3 other couples to celebrate our friend's 40th birthday and it was so nice to just let loose. We started out in Miami and after forgetting a suitcase and making a 3 hr round trip back to the airport, we were finally able to kick off our vacation with some Cuban spice on Calle Ocho (everything sounds better in Spanish) in Little Havana. Matt is part Cuban and showed us a thing or two. The streets were alive with the smells, the sounds and the people. The live music, the dancing and the black beans and rice made for a memorable night.
