Mid-life Crisis?

No, I really am not going through a mid-life crisis, I just thought it was about time for a change. I think I would have cried the first time I saw it, if only I wasn't in so much shock. Now that I've gotten used to it, though, I totally love it! It has lightened up since I washed it and was a little more drastic at first. I did it while the kids were at school and the first thing that Jayden said when he saw it was "you look weird." After I asked him if he liked it he said, "it's kind of sparkly", I'm not quite sure what that was supposed to mean. When Kylie saw it she got all excited and said, "now you look Chinese!". All you ladies know how vital it is to find a good hair girl and I've died when my last two girls have moved away, but luckily I've found a new girl that I can pretty much trust with my life--thanks Crystal! So if the Elivira hair color isn't enough, I've also decided to get extensions. Why not? I've always wanted long hair but can never grow it out and since I'm feeling a little crazy I decided to just go for it! Hopefully I can get them in the next week or two, I'm so excited!

Ok. So I won't lie, when you said black I pictured some Emo color but it looks so cute! Seriously, I really love it on you. It's not black. It's such a pretty color. I can't wait to see it long!

I'm still loving it! It looks like it's lightened a little from the first picture that you sent me. What did Jason say when he first saw it? I can't wait to see your extensions! You are so beautiful that you can do pretty much anything with your hair (although I'd probably avoid the perm route:) and look great!

Oh and I was reading you post on milk production :) and I took alfalfa pills for milk production. I think it helped a little.

Love the hair Jamie! It was fun having mega long hair when I had extensions, but I will say the extra hair wasn't fun in the heat...it could have been the fact that I had them put in right before I had Ryker and laying in the hospital bed delivering him I wanted to pull every last one out :). You'll feel super foxy though!

It looks great, but not too different. I always love a drastic change myself. :) And I can't wait to see you with long hair how fun.

I love it too, now if I could just get USED to it! I hope you don't feel too unloved when not only did I not answer the door when you came over, but then I walk right past you at church! YOWZA! sorry!

I'm glad to hear that it's not too crazy! I think the jet-black-straight-from-the-salon look was a little more dramatic, and since this is the first time I've gone dark then it was definately drastic for me. And yes, Jason likes the new look :) As for the extensions, they're actually the clip in kind (it's like the Jessica Simpson line). It's still real hair, but I like that I can take them out whenever. We'll see how it turns out...

Jamie cute hair! It is so not mid-life its called being pregnant it seems like we all do hair changes when we are pregnant!! I have the clip in hair extentions too, I really like them but rarely take the time to put them in!

OK, this picture makes it look a little more red than the one you sent me. I sill love it though, but I do a double take every time I see a picture of you now. I am glad you had a positive preggers hair experience, I totally regreted my preggers hair cut, I wanted to glue it all back about an hour after I left the salon!
