My mom has wanted to go on a cruise for a while now and when her 60th birthday came along we knew it would be the perfect time for a girl's cruise. We wish more of the girls could have come because this was a serious party! It was so fun to let loose and see everyone else let loose, especially mom. She has gone through some big life changes these last few years that have been challenging and this was just what she needed. She is usually pretty proper and conservative so it was so fun seeing her dancing and really living it up! I even saw her in a bathing suit for the first time in my life! I also loved having Kylie along as one of the big girls now , and spending time with two of my aunts that I haven't see in years along with Jayci, Janessa and her girls. We seriously laughed so much on this trip and vowed that we need to do it again!
We started things off right with the sail away dance party
We had three birthdays to celebrate that night. We also got quickly accustomed to the delicious food and friendly service waiting on us hand and foot.
The next day we stopped in Catalina Island. It was such a charming town with so much personality. We got ice cream (twice), rented golf carts to ride around the island and took about 500 pictures. Not an exaggeration.
