Extra Protein

What's worse than finding a worm in your cereal? Finding HALF a worm in your cereal! This morning as I was eating my breakfast, this is what I found smiling up at me from my spoon. I about died, but instead I just threw up pretty much everything I had eaten in the past month. At first I thought it was some odd sort of grain....until I examined it closer and found little legs and eyes. I am very concerned that this may end my love affair with cold cereal. Just a word to the wise, don't ever buy Sunbelt brand granola cereal (I should have gotten my first clue when it was on sale for $1.25 a box). I bought it for the first time thinking that it might be healthy for the baby, which may be more true than I thought, considering I just got an extra boost of protein (which by the way, I didn't realize until I got home that it has way more grams of sugar and fat calories than my beloved Cinnamon Toast Crunch. I thought granola was supposed to be healthy??). I decided I better take a picture incase I decided to sue them for a lifetime supply of worm infested granola.

I think I'm going to go throw up for you now. Cereal was your one sure fire, works any time thing too. Poor Jame! If your not to traumatized to loose faith in the whole cold cereal industry, I'd stick with the Cinnamon Toast Crunch!

Oh no! Not fair when you already don't feel great. At least you didn't find it in a cereal you love. I hate when foods get "ruined" like that. For granola, may I suggest the Cascadian brand? I can't remember the name of the kind I like, but it's in a green and white box and they have a variety of flavors. It's really good!

Oh no! I should have warned you--stay far away from the Sunbelt. Those prices are way too cheap to be made with decent ingredients. I am so sorry! That is truly gross. Sue them for all they have! Then go buy granola from Sprouts, its the best!

EWWWW! That is so gross! You should call the 1-800 questions or comments line and let them have it! Good thing you were paying attention to what you were eating! That happened to me once at a restaurant I was going to take a bite of my taco and there was a worm in the lettuce....sooo gross!

This is definitely a very unfortunate thing to happen to anyone, especially a pregnant woman, but then again maybe it's best that you could throw up at will. Definitely give them a call.

GROSS! GROSS! GROSS! I seriously cannot believe that. That's so disgusting. And it is so crazy that often, it seems, that cereals that you would think are so healthy are loaded with sugar and sodium and tons of fat. Yay for Cinnamon Toast Crunch!
