Being so far away from family, we love having visitors. My brother Troy and his family came down from Utah for Memorial day and made another trip over the 24th weekend. It was tricky finding stuff to keep them entertained and out of the heat, but we managed to stay busy. We had fun celebrating Brenton's 2nd birthday and were excited about their announcement that #2 is on the way.

We went to Jeepers Creepers, but I forgot to bring my camera. But I did remember to bring it when we went to the AZ Museum for Youth.

Jason makes his famous steak for anyone who is willing to come down for a visit. He takes the art of grilling very seriously and Troy is always ready to put down.Sam and I thought that it would be fun for the dads to have a back yard campout with the kids. About 10 minutes after we started our chick flick, they came in dripping in sweat from the heat. They ended up having an indoor campout instead.

We love the Mesquite groves pool. Who knew 50 cents could go so far? Jayden couldn't get enough of the slides and Maddox loved the lazy river.
