What's Worse....
....than having your air conditioning break in the hottest month of the year in the hottest state in America while you're huge and pregnant and nobody is available to come and fix it until tomorrow? NOTHING. Oh yeah, and our 2 year warranty expired last month so only the parts are covered. It's a good day.

No fair, no fair! Come over to my air conditioned house. Or time to go shopping in the overly air conditioned stores that Arizona has.
Come over! Bring the whole family. I'll make dinner!
You can come to my house! My dinner probably won't even compare to Trish's though.
Good luck getting that fixed today! That would be tough - good thing you have a pool, right? Did you just sleep in there? :-)
You guys are all too nice, we did survive and it's finally fixed--yay! ($130 for a tiny little burnt out wire, what a rip but it was worth it!) The upstairs unit worked fine so atleast we didn't have to sleep in the heat!
Love it when that happens. Oh, the curse. I swear one summer it kept going out again and again. We finally had to replace the whole unit. Or the time, I accidently turned it down so low cause it felt like it was a sticky sauna in my house (I was pregnant, ok). I don't know what exactly it did, but I broke it. Nice. An expensive mistake!
Oh man, I can't imagine. I am glad it is all fixed now, and $130 stinks, but I guess be grateful it wasn't worse.
so glad your house is back to normal, thank heavens for your upstairs last night!
Oh no! What did you guys do? That happened to us once...so we asked our neighbor if we could bunk at his place. Turns out he was trying to save money and kept his AC at like 90 anyway. Might as well have slept at home :). Glad you're cooled off now though!
I'm so glad you got it fixed! I would have died. Atleast the upstairs AC worked and you had a pool to hang out in during the day. Glad you're cool again!
OH so sorry. The power went out a few weeks ago here, and I had no idea the the AC was linked to the power. After about an hour I started to get worried, the temp just kept going up and up. It made me nervous, what if the power went out permanently, we would all die!! I'm glad you got it fixed.
I would have to agree 100%!
